Day 136: Consistency Is Finally Becoming My Superpower

Today marks Day 136 of my journey to $40,000 per month, and I've got another small win to celebrate.
A commission of $177.44 landed in my bank account today.
I know that might not sound life-changing by itself, but every commission reminds me that the work I'm putting in is creating real results. Those little wins add up over time.
As of today, the total amount that's hit my bank account during June is now $4,305.95.
Honestly, I'm pretty happy with that.
Right now, most of that income is still coming from my call center job. My long-term goal, though, is for my online business to completely surpass that income so I can rely on my business instead of a traditional job.
Will June end there?
Maybe.
Maybe not.
I've learned that online business has a funny way of surprising you sometimes, so we'll see what happens before the month officially closes.
A Small Setback... But Also Some Good News
My email list has continued to shrink a little and now sits at 2,730 subscribers.
Of course, I'd rather see that number going up instead of down.
But here's the interesting part...
Even though my list is getting a little smaller, my open rates have been climbing.
To me, that's actually a really encouraging sign.
I'd much rather have a slightly smaller list that's genuinely interested in what I'm sending than a huge list that never opens my emails.
The good news is that I already have a plan.
I've been publishing more YouTube review videos lately, and they've been bringing in new subscribers. At the moment they're not quite replacing everyone who's unsubscribes, but they're definitely helping.
So the mission now is simple:
Keep creating.
Keep improving.
Keep attracting new people.
The Daily Game Plan
If you've been following these blog updates, you already know I've been trying to stick to a very simple daily routine.
Every day I aim to create:
2 YouTube review videos
1 blog post
1 email to my list
Nothing fancy.
Nothing magical.
Just showing up every single day.
And honestly...
I'm incredibly proud of myself.
For most of my life, consistency has probably been one of my biggest weaknesses.
I'd get excited about a project...
Work hard for a while...
Then eventually lose momentum.
This time feels different.
Day after day, I've continued showing up and putting in the work, even when the results haven't arrived as quickly as I'd like.
In a strange way, I feel like I'm not just building a business.
I'm building a better version of myself.
That's something no one can ever take away from me.
The income hasn't fully caught up to the effort yet, but I genuinely believe it will if I keep doing the work and refuse to quit.
Sometimes success isn't about finding the perfect strategy.
Sometimes it's simply about staying in the game longer than most people are willing to.
So here's to another day of showing up.
And hopefully one day I'll look back at these early blog posts and smile because this was the chapter where everything started coming together.
