Welcome back!

Today officially marks Day 153 of my journey to $40,000 per month.

First of all... sorry I disappeared for a couple of days. 😅

If I'm being completely honest, I just wasn't feeling it. I was feeling lazy, unmotivated, and I didn't have much energy to sit down and write. Instead of forcing myself to publish something that didn't feel genuine, I figured it was better to come back when I actually had something exciting to share.

And today... I definitely do.

I Got a New Job Offer!

I officially received a full-time remote solar sales job offer!

The role is pretty straightforward. I'll be calling homeowners and businesses to see if they'd like to reduce their utility bills by switching to solar energy.

What I like about it is that it feels like a win-win.

If someone can save money on electricity while using cleaner energy, that's a pretty good outcome for everyone involved. On top of that, the income potential is exciting. If everything goes well, this is one of those sales careers where people really can earn six figures.

Of course, nothing is guaranteed.

It's mostly commission-based, so I'll have to earn every dollar by helping people move forward with solar. But I've worked in sales before, and I was fortunate enough to become one of the top performers on my team. Hopefully I can bring that same energy into this new opportunity.

We'll see what happens.

Multiple Income Streams

One thing I've been thinking about a lot lately is how much I like having multiple sources of income.

Right now, here's what that looks like:

• My overnight full-time call center job

• My new remote solar sales job

• My affiliate marketing business

• Future local lead generation (Rank & Rent)

I really like the idea of not having all my eggs in one basket.

If one income source has a slow month, hopefully another one can pick up the slack. Over time, I'd love for my online business to become the biggest piece of that puzzle, but for now I'm perfectly happy building everything step by step.

July Income Update

So far this month, the amount that has actually hit my bank account is:

$1,782.09

Honestly... not bad for the middle of the month.

Would I like that number to be higher?

Absolutely.

The good news is I'm expecting another paycheck from my overnight call center job next Thursday, so that'll be a nice boost. Between that, the new sales job, and my online business, I'm hoping the second half of July is a lot stronger than the first.

Something Big Is Launching Soon

I'm also incredibly excited because there's a brand-new offer launching in just a few days.

Without giving away too much before it's released, it's heavily focused on AI-powered marketing tools, and from everything I've seen so far, it looks incredibly promising.

The commission structure also looks much more attractive than a lot of the offers I've promoted in the past, so I fully expect this to become my primary recommendation moving forward.

Now comes the fun part...

I need to get everything ready before launch.

That means writing emails, creating YouTube videos, putting together content, testing things, and basically doing everything I can to give this launch the best possible chance of succeeding.

I'm genuinely excited about this one.

Hopefully a few months from now I'll be looking back at today's post as the beginning of something really special.

One thing I've learned over the past several months is that building a business is rarely a straight line. Some days you're full of motivation. Other days you feel like doing absolutely nothing.

The important thing is that you keep showing up.

Even if progress feels slow.

Even if you miss a couple of days.

Even if you aren't exactly where you hoped you'd be by now.

Every day you keep moving forward, you're giving yourself another chance to change your life.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do.
