Day 25: More Leads, Sweepstakes Surprises, and the Tier 3 Dilemma
So today is Day 25 of my journey to $40,000 per month.
As far as income goes, I’m still sitting at $1,810.05 for March so far. Definitely not bad, but I’m hoping to bump that number up soon.
On the bright side, my email list has grown quite a bit.
As of today, my list is up to 219 leads, which is 11 more leads since yesterday’s update.
So it looks like my $1,000 sweepstakes campaign is definitely bringing leads in.
But lately I’ve started wondering about the quality of those leads.
Many of the new leads coming in are from tier 3 countries like Papua New Guinea. I have absolutely nothing against people who live there, but the whole point of running this sweepstakes was to attract as many leads as possible who are likely to buy make-money-online products.
And generally speaking, that’s easier when most of your leads come from tier 1 countries like:
• United States
• United Kingdom
• Australia
Those countries tend to have more disposable income.
So now I’m starting to wonder if for the next sweepstakes I should limit the eligible countries.
But I’ll see how this one plays out first before making that decision.
Preparing the $1,000 Prize
Speaking of the sweepstakes, I spent some time today preparing the delivery of the $1,000 grand prize.
I’m using a service called Tremendous to handle the payout, and so far it seems pretty great.
The platform looks:
• clean
• intuitive
• professional
I also spent about 15 minutes writing the official prize redemption email that the winner will receive.
It actually feels pretty exciting.
I imagine whoever wins is going to be very happy when that email lands in their inbox.
The sweepstakes still has about four days left, so the pressure is on.

A Weirdly Surreal Moment
It’s honestly kind of surreal that my first official sweepstakes is about to end.
I never thought I’d be the person running one.
When I was a kid, I remember seeing sweepstakes on TV from companies like Disney or Nickelodeon, and I’d always try to call in to enter them.
And now as an adult…
I’m the one running the sweepstakes.
Life is weird sometimes.
Where My Leads Are Coming From
Most of the new leads since yesterday have come from the sweepstakes campaign, but I did get two or three leads who opted into my free training.
Which makes me wonder…
Is my blog actually bringing people in now?
I really hope so.
Although it could also be coming from older videos on my YouTube channel.
Either way, I won’t complain as long as the leads keep coming in.
The Facebook Grind
On the Facebook front, I’ve also been trying to step up my activity.
That means:
• posting more content
• sending more friend requests
• engaging with people’s posts
To be honest, sending friend requests and liking/commenting on people’s posts can feel a bit grueling sometimes.
But one of my mentors recommended this strategy as a way to build relationships and attract leads, so I’m giving it a shot.
Right now my goal is to send about 30 friend requests per day, spread throughout the day so I don’t look too spammy.
Hopefully I can stay consistent with that.
Waiting for the Next Sale
Still no sales yet for my current main offer.
But I am seeing more leads coming in and more people clicking through my emails.
So I’m crossing my fingers that a sale is coming soon.
Sometimes these things take a little time.
Wrapping Up Day 25
And that about wraps up my Day 25 update.
Right now the focus is simple:
• keep growing the email list
• keep experimenting with traffic
• keep improving my funnel
• and hopefully land a few more sales soon
