Day 44: I Did Something I Don’t Normally Do (And It Actually Feels Good)
It’s officially day 44 of my journey towards $40,000/month…
And I’m not gonna lie — today felt like a win.
Not because I made a ton of money (I didn’t)…
But because I actually stayed consistent.
And if you know me at all… you know that’s kind of a big deal.
The Part I’m Actually Proud Of
Today I put out:
3 short-form videos
1 YouTube review
And now this blog post
That might not sound crazy to some people…
But for me?
That’s huge.
Consistency has never really been my strong suit.
I’ve always been the kind of person who gets motivated, goes all in for a bit…
Then disappears for a while.
So the fact that I’ve shown up again today — back to back —
Honestly feels like I’m starting to shift something.
Let’s Talk About The Money (Real Talk)
So my total for March is still sitting at:

No change from yesterday.
And yeah… most of that is still coming from my call center job.
Not exactly the dream.

I’m not discouraged by that.

Alright… this part kinda sucked.
My email list actually went down today.
From 730 leads to 727.
Yep… minus 3.
Here’s why that happens:
Some people unsubscribe
Some people put in fake emails
Some emails bounce and get automatically removed
At first, that bothered me.
I was like… “Wait, I’m supposed to be growing, not shrinking.”
But after talking to people who’ve been doing this longer…
I realized something important:
👉 This is completely normal.
In fact, it’s actually healthy.
Because at the end of the day…
I don’t just want a big list.
I want a real list of people who actually want to be there.
The Bigger Picture (This Is Where It Gets Interesting)
My goal is $40,000/month.
So naturally… I started thinking:
“What kind of list would I need to support that?”
And the number that keeps coming up is…
Around 40,000 leads.
Right now I’m at 727.
So yeah… I’ve got a long way to go.
But honestly?
It doesn’t feel impossible.
Not anymore.
Because now I actually see the path:
Show up daily
Create content
Build the list
Keep improving
Simple… not easy… but simple.
