Day 49: This Is Where It Starts to Feel Real

April 04, 20263 min read

Today is April 3rd, 2026…

And officially day 49 of my journey to $40,000 per month.

And I’ve got something important to share.

I made another sale.

Not my first…

My second sale of my main offer.

And honestly, this one felt different.

Because the first sale?

You always wonder…

Was that luck?

But the second one?

That’s when it starts to feel real.

The Income Update

As of right now, the amount that’s actually hit my bank account for April is still:

$1,591.82

Same as my last update.

But here’s what most people don’t see…

That second sale I just made?

It hasn’t hit my bank account yet.

It’s still pending.

Which means even though the number hasn’t changed yet

I already know it’s going up.

Assuming everything goes smoothly (no refunds, no weird issues), this month should climb quite a bit once those commissions clear.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned doing this…

It’s to expect the unexpected.

Not in a negative way—but in a real way.

Because this isn’t some overnight success story.

It’s a process.

And I’m still building it.

Quick Email List Check-In

Right now I’m sitting at:

716 total leads

Which is exactly the same as yesterday.

Some people joined…

Some people unsubscribed…

And it basically balanced itself out.

And honestly?

That’s completely normal.

Especially when you’re bringing in leads from paid traffic.

Not everyone is going to stick around—and that’s okay.

I’d much rather have someone unsubscribe than mark my emails as spam.

Because the goal isn’t just to grow a big list…

It’s to grow a good list.

How I Got the Sale

This part is important.

Because it wasn’t complicated.

No crazy funnel hack.

No secret strategy.

It came from a conversation.

Someone responded to one of my call-to-action posts on Facebook…

I followed up…

We talked…

And that turned into a sale.

Now to be fair—the offer does a lot of the heavy lifting.

One of the biggest things that stood out to him (and honestly to me too) was the done-for-you traffic for a full year.

Yeah… I know.

It sounds almost too good to be true.

But that’s exactly what caught his attention.

He chose a 3-month payment plan…

Which means I earned $132.45 from that sale…

And if everything sticks, I’ll earn that same amount again over the next two months.

So one simple conversation…

Turned into recurring income.

Why This Second Sale Matters So Much

This is the part most people overlook.

The first sale proves you can do it.

The second sale proves it’s not luck.

It means something is working.

And that changes everything.

Because now it’s no longer:

“Can I make money online?”

Now it becomes:

“How do I do this more consistently?”

And that’s a completely different game.

The Snowball Effect

Here’s the part I actually enjoy the most.

That one sale?

It didn’t just make me money.

It gave me content.

I turned it into:

  • Social media posts

  • A YouTube progress update

  • And now this blog post

This is how momentum builds.

More results → more content → more trust → more results.

It’s like pushing a snowball down a hill.

At first, it barely moves…

But once it starts rolling…

It gets bigger fast.

The Bigger Picture

I’m still not at $40,000/month.

Not even close yet.

But I am moving forward.

And that’s what matters.

Because this is how it starts.

One sale.

Then another.

Then momentum.
