Day 74: Something Small Happened Today… But It Might Turn Into Something Big

So today is Tuesday, April 28th, 2026…

And this marks day 74 of my journey towards $40,000 per month online.

And honestly?

Today felt like one of those days where nothing huge happened on the surface…

…but if you’ve ever been on a path like this, you know those are usually the days where something is quietly building underneath.

Let me explain.

The Call That Could Turn Into Something Big

Earlier today, I had a phone call with a friend.

We were just talking through one of the programs I promote…

Nothing crazy. No pressure. Just a real conversation.

But by the end of it, she told me she’s most likely going to pick up one of my higher-ticket offers — sometime in the next day or two.

And I’ll be honest…

That never gets old.

Not because of the money (although yeah, that’s obviously part of it)…

…but because it means something I built — videos, pages, systems — actually connected with someone enough for them to trust me.

That’s a big deal to me.

A Small Sale… That Meant More Than It Should

A couple hours later, I saw something pop up…

A low-ticket sale.

Now if you’re new to all this, you might think:

“Okay… cool. But it’s just a small sale.”

But for me?

Those still hit.

Every single time.

Because that’s a real person, somewhere in the world, who saw something I put out there and said:

“Yeah… I want in.”

And on top of that…

There’s a very real chance that this sale might have pushed me over the edge to meet ClickBank’s requirements for releasing commissions.

So this “small” sale?

Might actually unlock something much bigger.

Where the Money’s At (Right Now)

As of today, the amount of money that has actually hit my bank account for April is sitting at:

$5,690.53

And here’s the part I’m excited about…

I know there are more payments coming in.

Commissions.

Paychecks.

Things that are already in motion.

So I’m fully expecting the next couple of days to look very different.

And I’m not gonna lie…

I’m excited to watch that number move.

My Email List Is Still Growing (Slow… But Steady)

Right now, my email list is sitting at:

3,668 leads

Not a massive jump from yesterday…

…but progress is progress.

Some solo ads I ordered about a week ago are finally kicking in, so leads have been coming in more consistently.

And here’s something interesting…

One of those leads actually turned into that low-ticket sale I mentioned earlier.

Now technically, you’re not supposed to expect sales right away from solo ads…

But when they happen?

It feels like hitting a little bonus round.

Also…

Yeah, I’m definitely giving that seller five stars 😄

The Unexpected Lesson Today

Here’s something that really stood out to me today.

That friend I mentioned earlier?

She told me she originally found me through my YouTube videos about a specific offer…

…and she even complimented the checkout page I built for it.

And that caught me off guard a bit.

Because that’s not even my main focus right now.

But it reminded me of something important:

Nothing you build is wasted.

The time you spend creating content…
Tweaking pages…
Figuring things out…

Even if it doesn’t pay off immediately…

It can come back around later in ways you didn’t expect.

That one page I spent hours on?

It’s still working for me.

Even when I’m not thinking about it.

So What’s the Bigger Picture?

If you zoom out for a second…

Today wasn’t about one big breakthrough.

It was about:

• A conversation turning into a potential high-ticket sale

• A small win that could unlock bigger commissions

• A slowly growing list that’s starting to convert

• And proof that past work keeps paying you back over time

That’s how this whole thing seems to work.

Not one giant moment…

But a bunch of smaller moments stacking up until things start to feel real.
