Day 78: The Part Nobody Talks About (But Everyone Feels)

So… today is Saturday, May 2nd, 2026.

That makes this Day 78 of my journey towards $40,000 per month.

And if I’m being real with you?

Today wasn’t some crazy breakthrough day.

No big win.
No huge payout.
No “this changes everything” moment.

Just… progress.

The Scoreboard (Keeping It Honest)

Right now, the amount of money that’s actually hit my bank account for May?

$0.00

Yeah… not exactly the most exciting number in the world.

But it’s also May 2nd. So logically, it makes sense.

I am waiting on a pretty solid commission from ClickBank that should be landing soon (probably Monday), so it’s not like things are dead…

It just feels slow.

And if you’ve ever tried to build something online, you know exactly what I mean by that.

The Part That Is Working

Now here’s where things start to get interesting.

My email list is now at:

3,813 leads

And most of that recent growth?

Solo ads.

I’ll be honest… there’s something kind of wild about it.

You press a few buttons, spend some money… and suddenly you’ve got people opting into your list.

It almost feels too easy.

But here’s the truth most people don’t say out loud:

👉 These leads don’t mean anything… yet.

They’re not money.
They’re not results.
They’re potential.

And what happens next depends entirely on what I do with them.

That’s where emails come in.

That’s where building trust comes in.

That’s where this whole game is actually won or lost.

How I’m Really Feeling Right Now

I’m gonna be straight with you…

I feel impatient.

Like… really impatient.

There’s a part of me that just wants to wake up tomorrow and be making $40K/month already.

No more waiting.
No more “almost there.”
No more wondering if it’s all going to click.

Just… done.

But that’s not how this works.

And deep down, I know that.

The Reality Most People Quit In

This right here?

This phase?

This is where most people fall off.

Not because it’s impossible…
But because it’s boring, uncertain, and slow.

You’re putting in effort.

You’re seeing some movement.

But not enough to feel like you’ve “made it.”

And that gap?

That’s where doubt creeps in.

Why I’m Still Going

Even with all that…

I’m not stopping.

Because something is happening:

• My list is growing

• My systems are improving

• I’m getting better every single day

And I’ve seen enough at this point to know:

👉 This isn’t a dead end. It’s just a build phase.
