Today is Monday, August 10th, 2026, which officially makes this Day 8 of my journey to $10,000 per month with Traffic Ignition.

And today?

Well… things didn't exactly go according to plan. 😂

But I actually think I learned something pretty important because of it.

So let's talk about what happened, where my Traffic Ignition numbers currently stand, the first commissions I'm hoping to actually get paid this week, some disappointing news involving my friend in Malaysia, and why I'm officially changing my daily game plan going forward.

🤧 First Things First… I’m Feeling a Little Sick

I've been trying to keep myself on a pretty consistent content schedule.

The goal has basically been to keep putting content out there every day through things like:

• Blog posts

• Emails

• YouTube videos

• Reviews

• Social media

• And whatever else I can think of

Today, I managed to get my daily blog update done and write one email.

What I didn't get done was the YouTube video review I wanted to record.

Why?

My throat has gotten pretty raspy, and this annoying cough I've had for the last couple of days decided to get a little worse today.

I'm not lying in bed feeling like death or anything. 😂

I actually feel relatively normal otherwise.

But trying to record a YouTube video while you're coughing and your voice sounds like you swallowed a handful of gravel?

Probably not the greatest idea.

At first, I was a little disappointed in myself for not getting everything done.

But then I thought about it…

Maybe I'm making this harder than it needs to be.

💡 My New Rule: Just Put ONE Thing Out There Every Day

One of the easiest traps to fall into when you're trying to build something online is creating this giant list of things you think you have to do every single day.

Write a blog post.

Send an email.

Record a video.

Post on social media.

Create another review.

Promote this.

Optimize that.

Before you know it, building an online business starts feeling like you're trying to run an entire media company by yourself.

And that's when something clicked for me today.

Maybe the goal shouldn't be to do everything every day.

Maybe the goal should simply be:

Put ONE thing out into the world every day.

That's it.

One blog post.

OR

One YouTube video.

OR

One email.

OR

Something else that has the potential to put Traffic Ignition in front of another person.

Because every piece of content I publish becomes another potential entry point into my business.

A blog post I write today could potentially be discovered weeks or months from now.

A YouTube review could potentially bring someone into my business while I'm sleeping.

An email could reach the right person at exactly the right time.

Obviously, I'd love to do more than one thing whenever I can.

But I'm officially changing my minimum.

One thing a day.

Anything beyond that is a bonus.

Because one is infinitely better than zero.

And if I can actually maintain that consistently for the next year?

That's 365 pieces of content working for me.

I'll take that.

📊 Where My Traffic Ignition Numbers Stand on Day 8

Now for the fun part.

Let's look at where things currently stand.

As of today, I've personally recruited:

4 Traffic Ignition members

And my dashboard is currently showing approximately:

$20 in potential monthly recurring commissions

Now, $20 per month obviously isn't going to have me shopping for Lamborghinis anytime soon. 😂

But remember…

This is Day 8.

I'm trying not to judge this experiment based on where I am after eight days.

I'm interested in seeing what happens after 30 days.

Then 60.

Then 90.

Then six months.

And eventually a full year.

Because the whole point of documenting this publicly is that you're going to get to see what actually happens.

Maybe this thing takes off.

Maybe it grows slowly.

Maybe I hit $10,000 per month.

Maybe I don't.

We're going to find out together.

💰 My First Traffic Ignition Payday Could Be This Friday

Here's something I'm particularly excited about.

I currently have what appear to be two Pro upgrade commissions sitting in pending status.

Assuming everything processes normally, those commissions should be released this coming Friday.

And if that happens…

They'll be the first Traffic Ignition commissions to actually reach my bank account.

That's a pretty cool milestone.

The amount itself isn't what's most exciting to me.

It's what it represents.

There is a HUGE psychological difference between seeing numbers sitting on a dashboard and actually receiving money.

Once that first payment arrives, Traffic Ignition goes from:

"Okay, let's see if I can make this work…"

to:

"Okay. I've actually been paid. Now let's see how far I can take this."

I'm definitely looking forward to Friday.

🇲🇾 Unfortunately, I Got Bad News About My Friend in Malaysia

Remember the woman from Malaysia I mentioned before?

She wanted to join Traffic Ignition through my link, but we weren't sure whether she could participate using cryptocurrency.

We reached out to support to get an official answer.

Today, we finally got one.

Unfortunately…

No.

According to the response we received from support, people living in Malaysia currently aren't able to join Traffic Ignition, even if they try to pay using cryptocurrency.

We're both pretty bummed about it.

She wanted to join.

I obviously would've loved to have her on my team.

But sometimes there's just nothing you can do.

I'd much rather find out the actual answer than have someone spend hours trying to make something work that simply isn't available to them.

So for now, that's where that situation ends.

Maybe Traffic Ignition will expand availability in the future.

We'll see.

🚦 I'm REALLY Curious About Traffic Ignition's Paid Traffic

There's another part of Traffic Ignition I've been increasingly curious about:

The paid traffic.

Traffic Ignition sells traffic packages that affiliates can purchase to send visitors toward their offers.

Some of the Traffic Ignition marketing also references packages that include guaranteed sign-ups under specific terms, which definitely caught my attention.

Now, whenever I see words like "guaranteed," I want to understand exactly what the conditions are before I start throwing money at something.

So I'm not going to sit here and tell you that buying traffic automatically equals making money.

Traffic isn't the same thing as profit.

But I am extremely curious to test it.

I'd rather spend my own money, see what happens, document the numbers and then tell you what I actually experienced.

There's only one little problem at the moment…

💸 I don't have a ton of extra spending money sitting around right now.

However, that could be changing pretty soon.

👔 I Just Got Hired for a Second Full-Time Job

Yep.

On top of everything else I'm doing…

I just got hired for a second full-time job.

Because apparently sleep is optional. 😂

I'm kidding.

Mostly.

The new job should be starting in roughly two weeks, and I'm pretty excited about it.

Obviously, working two jobs is going to mean figuring out my schedule and making sure I don't completely burn myself out.

But there's a major upside:

More money coming in.

And part of that additional income can potentially be reinvested into my online business.

That's where things could get interesting.

Instead of blindly dumping money into random advertising, I'd like to gradually test different traffic sources and document what actually happens.

How much did I spend?

How many visitors did I receive?

How many people joined?

How much money came back?

Did I make a profit?

Would I buy it again?

Those are the questions I care about.

So when I eventually test Traffic Ignition's paid traffic, you can expect me to share the experience here.

Good, bad or somewhere in between.

🧪 Remember: This Is an Experiment

That's really what I want this entire blog series to be.

I'm not standing on top of a mountain pretending I've already figured everything out.

I'm climbing it.

And you're basically climbing alongside me.

As I'm writing this, I'm only on Day 8.

I've personally recruited four members.

I'm currently seeing around $20 in potential monthly recurring commissions.

I have a couple of commissions pending.

And I'm still trying to figure out the best way to consistently grow this thing.

That's the truth.

My goal is $10,000 per month.

There's obviously an enormous distance between $20 and $10,000.

But that's exactly why I think this journey could be interesting.

You get to see the middle.

Not just the victory lap.
