Day 95: The Tech Headaches Might Finally Be Worth It

So today is Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, and officially Day 95 of my journey towards $40,000 per month online.

And honestly?

Today felt like one of those days where all the frustration starts feeling a little more worth it.

A commission payout of $193.90 finally hit my bank account today and I’m not gonna lie… seeing that notification felt REALLY good. Especially because I had been waiting on that payout for a while.

There’s just something motivating about getting paid from work you already did days or weeks ago. It reminds me why I got into this whole online business thing in the first place.

Not because I dreamed of staring at dashboards, fighting with WordPress plugins, or trying not to throw my laptop out the window after another tech glitch…

But because I wanted more freedom.

More flexibility.

More control over my life.

And little moments like today make me feel like maybe… just maybe… I’m actually building something real here.

Current May 2026 Numbers

So as of today, the total amount of money that has officially hit my bank account for May is now:

$3,857.46

That number went up thanks to today’s $193.90 payout.

Every payout still gives me that little rush of excitement because it feels like proof that my efforts are compounding over time instead of me constantly starting over from scratch.

And honestly, that’s one of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve had from trying to make money online.

At a normal job, you work… then you get paid once.

Online, sometimes the work you did weeks or months ago keeps paying you over and over again.

That concept still blows my mind sometimes.

My Email List Just Crossed 4,097 Leads

And the email list keeps growing too.

Right now I’m sitting at:

4,097 leads

That number honestly feels kind of surreal to me because there was a time not that long ago where getting even 10 leads felt exciting.

Now I’ve got people joining from YouTube videos, blog posts, organic traffic, and even solo ads that are still running in the background.

Slowly but surely, things are stacking together.

I’m really excited to cross the 5,000 lead mark because that feels like a pretty huge milestone in my head.

There’s something cool about knowing thousands of real people from around the world are following the journey, reading emails, watching videos, and trying to improve their lives too.

That part honestly motivates me a lot.

I Think I Finally Fixed My AI Blog Setup

Now for the part that has been driving me slightly insane the past few days…

My AI-generated WordPress blog setup.

I finally finished going through all the training videos from that $997 course I bought recently and after HOURS of troubleshooting, testing, fixing plugins, deleting stuff, reinstalling stuff, staring at error messages, and questioning my life choices…

…I think I finally got everything working properly.

Hopefully.

Please let this be the end of the tech nightmares.

The setup I’m using is actually pretty interesting.

Basically, I have 1 main blog site that creates a brand new AI-generated article every hour.

Then I have around 9 secondary blog sites that automatically take those articles, rewrite them, and publish their own versions.

The whole goal is to rank for a massive amount of keywords across multiple sites and hopefully pull in a lot more organic traffic from search engines over time.

At least that’s the plan.

Whether Google decides to love me or throw me into the shadow realm remains to be seen.

But honestly?

This stuff excites me.

Because even though there’s definitely risk involved and no guarantees, I genuinely love the idea of building digital assets that can potentially bring in traffic, leads, and income around the clock.

That’s the dream.

Not having to rely entirely on trading hours for dollars forever.

And if this system works the way I hope it does, this could become a really powerful traffic source long term.

Now I just need the tech to behave itself long enough for me to find out.

Final Thoughts

Overall, today just felt like a really positive day.

More income came in.

The email list grew more.

The blog system seems to finally be functioning.

And for the first time in a few days, it feels like things are moving forward again instead of constantly breaking.

Progress online can feel weird sometimes because from the outside it might not look like much is happening…

…but behind the scenes there are usually hundreds of little moving parts, frustrations, experiments, failures, fixes, and tiny wins stacking together over time.

That’s honestly what this whole journey has been.

One giant experiment.

And I’m documenting it all in real time.
