My Journey to $40,000 Per Month Online – Day 108
June 1, 2026
Well, it's officially Day 108 of my journey towards making $40,000 per month online.
And honestly?
June is off to a pretty decent start.
Before we get into today's update, May officially wrapped up with $5,465.10 deposited into my bank account, which I'm pretty happy about. That's real money that actually cleared and landed in my account. No projections. No "potential earnings." No fancy screenshots. Just money that showed up where it counts.
Then this morning I received another $108.96 payout, and I also deposited $140.00 in cash that had been sitting in my wallet for quite a while.
Not a bad way to kick off a new month.
Let's dive into today's update.
June Income Update
With today's payout and cash deposit, the amount of money that has officially hit my bank account for June now sits at:
$248.96
Now obviously we're only 1 day into the month, so that number isn't anything crazy yet.
But I always like starting the month with momentum.
One thing I've learned during this journey is that momentum matters a lot psychologically.
Even a small win can make you feel energized and motivated to keep pushing forward.
And after everything I've been through over the years, I'll happily take every win I can get.
My Email List Took a Small Step Back
My email list is currently sitting at:
3,850 Leads
That's down slightly from where it was before.
Am I concerned?
Not really.
In fact, I'd rather have a slightly smaller list full of people who actually want to hear from me than a giant list filled with people who never open emails and never engage.
Email marketing is kind of funny that way.
A lot of people focus on list size, but engagement is usually what matters most.
As far as I can tell, the overwhelming majority of the people on my list are still active and still interested in making money online, building financial freedom, and escaping jobs they don't enjoy.
So I'm pretty happy with where things currently stand.
Neurologist Appointment and Getting My License Back
One of the biggest events of today had nothing to do with making money.
This morning I had an appointment with my neurologist.
The goal?
Getting everything squared away so I can continue working towards keeping my driver's license.
If you've followed my story for a while, you probably know that years ago I experienced several seizures and episodes where I lost consciousness.
To this day, I still don't have a perfect explanation for why they happened.
I have my own theories and suspicions, but nobody has ever been able to give me a clear and definitive answer.
The good news is that I've been doing well for years now.
But because of my history, the DMV still requires periodic evaluations from a neurologist.
So every year I get to go through the process all over again.
Is it annoying?
Absolutely.
Do I understand why they do it?
Also yes.
At the end of the day, they're trying to make sure everyone on the road is safe.
Still, it can be frustrating having to jump through extra hoops for something most people take for granted.
And honestly, experiences like this are a big reason why financial freedom means so much to me.
When you have health challenges, life can become complicated very quickly.
Appointments.
Medical bills.
Insurance issues.
Unexpected problems.
All of it adds stress.
One of my biggest motivations for building wealth isn't buying fancy cars or showing off.
It's creating security.
It's creating options.
It's creating a life where unexpected challenges don't completely derail everything.
That's what financial freedom means to me.
Tomorrow Might Be a Big Day
Tomorrow is my scheduled 1-on-1 meeting regarding the Rank and Rent program I've been talking about recently.
And right now?
I'm feeling pretty optimistic.
The more I've looked into the business model, the more it seems to make sense.
For anyone unfamiliar, Rank and Rent is essentially a digital real estate strategy where you build websites that rank on Google and then connect local businesses with the leads those websites generate.
The concept itself is straightforward.
Of course, the challenge is actually getting those websites to rank.
That's the part that requires skill.
But that's also why training exists.
Nobody starts out knowing how to rank websites.
Just like nobody starts out knowing how to run ads, build funnels, create YouTube content, or write emails.
Everything is learnable.
And at this stage of my journey, I'm willing to learn whatever skills I need to learn if they can move me closer to my goal.
Will Rank and Rent be the thing that gets me to $40,000 per month?
I honestly don't know.
Nobody knows.
But I'm excited to explore it, learn it, and see where it leads.
Because if there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's this:
The people who eventually succeed aren't necessarily the smartest people.
They're usually the people who stay curious long enough to find something that works.
Final Thoughts
Overall, today was a pretty good day.
I started the month with new money hitting my bank account.
I got my neurologist appointment taken care of.
My email list remains healthy.
And tomorrow could potentially open the door to a brand-new business opportunity.
Little by little, step by step, I'm continuing to move forward.
And honestly, that's all any of us can do.
Keep learning.
Keep improving.
Keep showing up.
And keep taking another step towards the life you actually want.
